Madison and Park was formed by Dave Lister in 2007. The company was created as a real estate company that would set itself apart from others by offering superior customer service, market knowledge, and creative thinking.

Dave holds his real estate license in the state of Colorado as well as his Certified Residential Appraiser license. Dave uses his appraisal knowledge to get buyers and sellers the best price for the home in question.

Dave graduated at the top of his class from the University of Colorado Leads School of Business with a degree in Finance. He has lived in Denver his entire life with the exception of a year in New York. He loves investing, real estate, good movies, traveling, and music.
